Shipping costs and process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are no additional costs for shipping within Germany.
The dispatch takes place with the GLS parcel service. As soon as the order is dispatched from us, you will receive an e-mail from GLS with information about the expected delivery time window and other delivery options. There you can, for example, select a specific delivery day or issue permission to leave it (e.g. carport):

Changes to delivery should be made the same day, however it may take a moment for all options to be available in the system. After receiving the email from GLS, it only takes 1-2 days for the order to reach you. If you are unable to receive e-mails, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
The parcel service makes a delivery attempt. If the GLS driver does not find anyone at the delivery address or in the immediate vicinity, your shipment will be deposited in a nearby parcel shop. The driver will leave you a notification card with the address of the parcel shop and the ID number belonging to the shipment, which you must present when you pick up the parcel.
