Shipping costs and process

There are no additional costs for shipping within Germany.
The dispatch takes place with the GLS parcel service. As soon as the order is dispatched from us, you will receive an e-mail from GLS with information about the expected delivery time window and other delivery options. There you can, for example, select a specific delivery day or issue permission to leave it (e.g. carport):

Changes to delivery should be made the same day, however it may take a moment for all options to be available in the system. After receiving the email from GLS, it only takes 1-2 days for the order to reach you. If you are unable to receive e-mails, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
The parcel service makes a delivery attempt. If the GLS driver does not find anyone at the delivery address or in the immediate vicinity, your shipment will be deposited in a nearby parcel shop. The driver will leave you a notification card with the address of the parcel shop and the ID number belonging to the shipment, which you must present when you pick up the parcel. If the notification card is lost, you will find out this ID number from us, as well as the address and telephone number. of the parcel shop.

Bitte denken Sie an ein entsprechendes Namensschild an der Tür (WG’s  oder Neubezug einer Wohnung)! Das erleichtert dem Paketdienst die termingerechte Anlieferung.
Eine Lieferung an Postfilialen, Postfächer, Packstationen und Paketboxen ist leider nicht möglich. Über den Link  https://gls-group.eu/DE/de/zustelloptionen, den sie bei Versendung Ihrer Bestellung erhalten, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, einen Paketshop in Ihrer Nähe auszuwählen.

Date of Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with the invoice attached. In it we will also inform you about the expected shipping date and the options from GLS.
As soon as the order is dispatched from us, you will receive an e-mail from GLS with information about the expected delivery time window and other delivery options. After receiving the email from GLS, it only takes 1-2 days for the order to reach you.

The delivery time from the order can total up to approx. 7 working days. If you're in a hurry, talk to us, we're happy to help.
Delivery is from Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. If you are absent, please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. workplace or a helpful neighbor).

Delivery Abroad

When your order ships from us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for tracking the shipment. Shipment tracking runs via: http://www.gls-germany.com/de/home/index.html

For shipping abroad, the following additional costs are charged PER PARCEL:

The costs of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal are to be borne by the customer (see § 8).
No shipping to islands. Some products consist of two packages, shipping costs are calculated for each package. For the affected products, there is a note on this in the product details.
